Sarah Cotgreave MBA, BA(Hons), FCIPS, MIOD
Sarah has been the Managing Consultant and Managing Director at Novos
Limited since the company’s formation in 2002. She combines creative
and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to make a real difference
for clients globally. She works with organisations to review and improve
capability, implement change, procurement, outsourcing and continuous improvement
programmes, including coaching and training senior team members.
 Between 2004 and 2007, Sarah led a major programme to implement and
market UK public sector eProcurement and eCommerce Solutions that are now
used by >150 organisations and which won the 2007 Government Computing
Award for Innovation in Shared Services. Due to her expert knowledge in public
procurement, she has represented the UK on OECD and EU public procurement
forums and standards bodies. She was elected as a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Purchasing and Supply due to her high level strategic procurement
skills.
Sarah was also a member of the UK Government Shared Services Team.
She has also provided advice and training to other country’s public
sector initiatives for Procurement, HR and Finance shared services.
Previously, she has implemented change management programmes in both the public
and private sectors and managed global Procurement, Outsourcing, Facilities
and IT operations; restructuring costs and increasing compliance. She transitions
outsourcing and shared service arrangements, including TUPE transfers and
moves to lower cost locations. Sarah has also implemented Six Sigma and Lean
business process re-engineering programmes within leading financial services
and public sector organisations to improve processes, quality and customer/patient
experience.
Sarah frequently speaks at international conferences and seminars on
procurement, shared services, Lean Six Sigma, eCommerce, and assurance.
She has been a lecturer and an examiner for the UK CIPS qualifications.
Her qualifications include a MBA in Financial Services (awarded with
Distinction), CIPS diploma and BA (Hons) Business Studies.
