Our name comes from the Latin word "novo", meaning to revive, change, or invent and embodies our success in providing innovative solutions to our clients. Novos Limited changed its name from Sourcing and Outsourcing Services Limited on 18 July 2007.
Novos is an independent consulting company providing a wide range of specialist advisory, training, change management and implementation services. A number of customer programmes that Novos implemented have received prestigious awards and recognition in 2006 and 2007.
We undertake assignments globally to increase capability, improve operations, reduce risk or cost and assess outsourcing opportunities across organisations, or within a subsidiary, country, functional or commodity area. We understand client pressures and enable clients to improve implementation timescales and ensure that they achieve best value from internal operations and external supply relationships.
