Novos Limited was formed on 1 August 2002 in London, UK and was originally named Sourcing and Outsourcing Services Limited until July 2007. The company was founded to provide consultancy, training and coaching services to leading global organisations and public sector organisations. We initially specialised in Procurement, Cost reduction, eCommerce, Shared Services, Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement and Outsourcing Services.
In 2003, Novos launched a practice specialising in Strategic Resourcing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Organisational Development. Since then, Novos has successfully completed assignments in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific for both public and private sector clients. Novos has been independently recognised for its ability to make a difference to clients by providing and implementing creative solutions to difficult strategic issues, often within "mission critical" projects.
In November 2006, one of the projects we implemented for our client, OGCbuying.solutions, was 1 of 15 UK public sector projects highlighted in the National Audit Office report "Delivering Successful IT Enabled Business Change", was presented at an EU eProcurement Best Practice seminar in Paris and went on to win the 2007 Government Computing Award for Innovation in Shared Services.
As a result of our expertise in areas such as eCommerce, eGovernment, Lean Process Improvement and Shared Services, our specialists are regularly invited to speak at international conferences. Novos has also provided best practice advisory services to a number of central government and multi-lateral organisations worldwide.
On 18 July 2007, Sourcing and Outsourcing Services Limited changed its name to Novos Limited to reflect the evolution of the company in providing innovative change services to its clients.
